Autumn is a second spring

Matthew and I were both out of town a few weeks ago, for a whole week, in separate places, eager to return to our beautiful Atlanta. The Saturday of this session was such a happy reunion, and we got to share it with the beautiful Simcoe family.

Although we were working, the session felt like a miniature pause in our busy schedules. We got to enjoy the leaves changing, the air cooling, and there's nothing like crawling around on the ground with a one year old to make you feel silly and carefree.

So this was a great pause, a great glimpse into how this family loves and allows their little boy to explore and fall in love with the beauty around him.

With this amazing kick off to the fall, comes an insane schedule that continues to fill up. We have holiday mini sessions in Tampa (email me if interested), weddings, bridal sessions, engagement sessions, and styled shoots on top of holiday celebrating and family visits and an attempt to start a personal photography project (which I CANNOT wait to share with you all).

And although it's a little crazy around here, we still manage to keep our heads on straight. Matt and I are firm believers in keeping a calm and quiet house, taking the time to enjoy what we have and to enjoy each other. And in a way, all the amazing people we meet through this business helps to contribute to that feeling of completeness.

We believe people were made to be in community with one another, and we feel our lives have been all the more impacted by the amazing people we get to meet through this little business.

And although this season is proving to be a little busy, we still can't get enough of meeting new people, and we so very much want to meet you. Here's to hoping we hear from you soon. <3
