Our September, In Review
Lazy Summer days are long behind us now. Matt and I are starting to feel the fast paced living that's so hard to escape when Autumn arrives. And it really has arrived with its cooler mornings, rainy afternoons, and ability to transform the trees.
In September, we achieved a lot. We moved to our first house. Although we're only renting, it feels great to finally be out of an apartment. We've been assembling book shelves, clipping roses from our little garden, hanging the pots and pans, and enjoying the fact that no one lives below or above us. We also flew to Boston for an amazing engagement session, I booked a ton of portrait sessions, second shot for an amazing photographer, and officially became Photo Says Hello LLC.
And Autumn has so much more in store for us. I'll be renting studio space with a group of amazing artists, photographing weddings and portrait sessions, traveling to Florida for two styled shoots and a weekend full of holiday mini sessions. And between all of that, I abosolutely must track down some pumpkins for my made-from-scratch pumpkin pie.
